how to
Several friends I know got interested with paid blogging too (who wouldn't, right?
. Here is something that I can share that I think could help them in one way or another. Here are some tips on how to start with paid blogging (base on my experience).
What is paid blogging?
From my definition, paid blogging is writing an entry on your blog with the use of keywords that are assigned to you. You should be able to incorporate these keywords on your entries.
How to start?
The first thing that you should have is a blog. You do not need to have your own domain for this. You can try several free sites that are used for blogging, like blogger, livejournal and typepad. You can also open an account with wordpress but this site does not allow paid blogging.
Once you have a blog, create entries depending on what you wanted your blog to be. You can start with a personal blog wherein you can write anything that you can relate to. You can talk about your opinions, views, etc. If you prefer to concentrate on certain fields, you can also do so. Like if you wanted to focus on health, nutrition or whatever that you are interested in. The more informative and entertaining your blog is, the better. This is because it is important that you should have a continuous flow of visitors in your site. This is one factor that can help you have more 'offers' in the future. This will also affect your PR rank.
Blogs that have been active for 90 days or more are good candidates to be approved. You will have to fill up forms to join. You will also have to add the blogs that you wanted to write the ads. You cancheck for the possible sites that offer paid blogging here. Once your blog is approved, you will now receive offers from advertisers. This is not easy and opportunities depend on your popularity, traffic and rank. The higher the better.
How will you get paid?
Once your opps are approved, the payment is usually sent on your paypal account. If you do not have one yet, you can open an account through paypal.com. There are some sites that pay after a week, after a month or bi-monthly. You can withdraw your earnings through your local banks, you will just have to verify your account through paypal.
So far, I think those are the basic things that one should know. you will learn more as you go through paid blogging
