In a couple of days, I will be a year older again. By then, I'll be considered under the early thirties age bracket. I can't help but worry because with the start of age 30, there are already a lot of health issues that I might encounter. The older you get, the more chances that you get certain illnesses that come with age, like cases of fibromyalgia. So as early as now, I am really trying to keep myself healthy. I would avoid eating fatty foods; instead I eat more vegetables and fruits. I also make sure to have enough rest and sleep. I also try to get some exercise. What I can't remove is my addiction to coffee.
