G is... they have this grading system that once you get to this level (average of 4 and above), you get an increase in your salary. This serves as a compensation for the employees. Since G got a grade of 4.++ consecutively, he is now recommended for an increase. Since he has been in the company for quite sometime, he is also recommended for a higher position which is being a Senior Engineer. After the recommendation, he was offered another job which is to be an understudy to be a Network Engineer. He had a panel interview a couple of weeks ago for this position. He told the panelists that he will accept the position of Network Engineer... we are now waiting which position will be given to him.
