All the while, I thought I can relax and enjoy Baguio... but things are not as I expected it. I had additional errands that I have to finish before my 1-week vacation ends. I still have to apply for the closure of my shop so that 'ading' can process already his shop's permit. When I went to the city hall, I was asked a lot of things and requirements again. Good thing I kept my records for the previous years and now I just have to submit it again. I really hate Baguio's local government... they ask for payments for almost everything when in fact it was their mistake in the first place... howell, I just wish that I could finish it before friday. I don't want to ever set foot on that city hall again. 

The only good thing about this vacation is spending quality times with good friends.  I am very happy talking and making chika with friends... which reminds me, I missed my date with Leng yesterday because I was stuck in the city hall again.
