house update

Sunday, we are scheduled to go to Sta. Rosa to check on our house. I really, really, really want to move there already as soon as possible. By the time I received a call from DDC Land informing me that our Pag-Ibig loan is already approved, I was already apprehensive. I wanted to see our house so that I can already prepare the things that we will need once we move in. So, on Sunday afternoon G & I went to Sta. Rosa. There were several changes already since the last time we visited the place (that was March pa). Some of the neighbors already have their gates, others have extended their homes, etc. We were confused already with regards to where our house is, so we asked the guard. He showed us our location on the map and pinpointed our house location. I was excited to see it. It was already up... but it wasn't painted yet (we are not having the yellow house, I suppose it will be a salmon colored house). I asked G if he wants to get down from the van (but he was shy) so I got out instead. Like a mason, I went inside the house to inspect every part of it. The lavatory in the kitchen was already installed but the toilet bowl and other CR paraphernalia are still missing. The house still has to undergo finishing and a lot more. I wanted to go up but G (who got out of the van too) told me that it might not be finished yet and there might be nails lying around.

As a whole, the house is good. I took pictures from G's phone but I haven't uploaded it yet. I'd love to share it here of course...
If ever you are interested, Garden Villas Phase 3 is already open. I can help you if you want too (besides, I'd get 2% rebate if you decide to get one and I referred you).
