I love watching Jessica Soho's Show every Saturday. This week, she featured the different types of kitchen... it was more of how the Filipino kitchen evolved through the years. One of her featured kitchen was one that amounts to more than 2M. It has unique and latest designs of kitchen cabinets and appliances. In addition, there was even a fountain which is found right before going inside the kitchen. Instead of water, perfume flows in the fountain. On the other hand, there was also a feature made on the oldest kitchen in the Philippines. It still has the old 'pugon' which was used by their ancestors. Even the plates and other kitchen utensils are still intact. If I could have my own kitchen, I would like it to be more modern. I like the built-in cabinets and customized refrigerators. I also want, if possible, for an island table with bar faucets. The island should also contain the cooking range for easier movement. But for now, I am already contented in a small one. Something that is clean and tidy, with all the basic equipments on hand.
