I am looking for one... actually I'm still in the process of canvassing for someone who design blog. I am still considering the budget that I have.

Before I finally avail for one, I  have several requirements that I need to consider.
First, I should find the quality of the website according to my taste. I don't want anything loud. I prefer the site to be simple and yet it can catch the attention of the market.
Second, I would also like to look for a design blog with testimonials from satisfied clients. I look for this requirement because I can determine the satisfaction of the clients through their testimonials. It will also be better if these clients can add their sites to that I can check on it.
In addition, the site should also have previous experiences in designing blog. This is because I also wanted my blog to be redesigned.
I wanted a site that also has its own blog. This is more personalized and easier to understand.
Lastly, it should be within the budget. I wanted to spend less with good quality output.

Once I find the website designer that can provide all of these, I'd be ready to avail of it. I'd even blog about web design that they made for me. I will also advertise their site as my form of gratitude.
