frank attack
The weekend was not exactly how I pictured it. I was thinking of spending the day out but it didn't push through. Typhoon Frank arrived at a wrong time. I woke up at around 5am only to find out that we were experiencing brownout. I had to get out of bed, despite the cold weather to go to the bathroom. I had to wake up G because I can hear the wind howling. We had to check every part of the house to ensure that there will be no roof flying or flooding. After we checked on every part, we prepared breakfast and went back to bed after.
I can't help but feel sad with the news that came with the typhoon. Several parts of the country are already under the state of calamity. What was worst were the cases of landslides, floods and the sinking of MV Princess of the Stars. Frank's attack caused so much pain to many people. It all happened so fast... I feel so sad for the infants and children on the said ship. Up to now, there are only less than 100 survivors found. Let us include these people and their families in our prayers. It's the least that we can do to help them now.
