missed calls

It is common for me to have missed calls on our land line. No matter how I run to go to the nearest phone, I always end up losing it. There are times when the caller would call back but more frequently, they don't. According to my MIL, our present phone number used to be the number of a local bank that is why we would receive calls from clients inquiring about their accounts. This is a better instance compared when I receive calls from telemarketers and the like. Even if at the start of the conversation, I would already tell them that I am not interested at all, they would just keep on talking... if only the reverse phone directory feature is already available in this country, I know this will serve me (and other busy housewives) out there well. This feature allow you to check on the name and the address of the owner of the phone numbers listed on your missed calls, whether it came from other land line or even cellphones. This is initially offered in the US and Canada.
