These are the thoughts that made me smile and happy...
 1. still on 3rd wedding anniversary
 2. simple celebration of the anniversary
 3. the thought of a 3 on 3
 4. reasonable normal values for the glucose test
 5. fixed printer
 6. someone to drop EC cards on my behalf
 7. receiving the prize that I won from doc Joey's site
 8. opps despite PR0 rank
 9. healthy family, especially baby Gwenks
10. Obama winning the presidential race
