I owe several tags from blogger friends so I need to make up for it. Here is one of the tags that I received from sis Mye recently.
This is what she calls as the FRIENDSHIP FLOWER TAG.

This tag is all about "FRIENDSHIP OFFERING" with someone whom you know, to someone whom you already knew or will know in the future, globaly.
