After  2 weeks of no connection, I am here again typing my heart away... finally after waiting for them this entire week, they were already able to connect our internet.

When we inquired from different ISP providers, it is only SMARTBRO that 'can' offer 3-5 days installation from date of application. Our first choice would have been MY PLDT DSL but they said that they haven't penetrated our village yet. We also inquired from Globe Broadband but they require 2 to 3 weeks of installation time, which I cannot bear so we ended up with SMARTBRO. After submitting and paying for our application, the customer service immediately contacted G and told him that  they will install it tomorrow morning at 9 am (we paid the application at 8pm, Sunday). We thought that it was great because of their immediate response.

Come Monday morning, I didn't go out just to wait for the service team. It was already 12 noon but no one came. The day ended with no service team at all. When G called for follow-up, they told him that they ran out of supplies that is why they need to reschedule. I cannot wait for them the next day, Tuesday, because I have to undergo my 2nd OGTT and an OB appointment in the afternoon so G scheduled it on Wednesday instead. Thursday passed by and still no team arrived. After another series of follow-up, they told G that we are again scheduled at 2pm Friday. Yesterday, no one still came.

I needed to blog about some opps so I need to use the internet. I went to an internet shop nearby to write but when I was about to start typing, I received a text message telling me that the SMART BRO team is already outside our house waiting for me. I hurriedly went back to check on them.

After an hour and a half, here I am already typing my heart away. I miss writing already. The past 2 weeks seemed very long but it was good because I was able to fix my small home

Despite my disappointment with SMARTBRO's installation, I hope that their system will work well for me. I hope not to encounter any major problem for the next few days...
