New Year's Eve will be celebrated again in our small home. Just like Christmas, we will just have a simple dinner with just the two of us. My in-laws are inviting us to join them for their celebration but we decided that we will be more comfortable if we will just visit them on New Year's day after our morning mass.

Same time last year, New Year started the way that we least expected it. It lasted until this time of the year... the family has been very affected but it made each one independent from each other. It made us better individuals since we learned to stand on our own. We had our own strategies and depended on those whom we trust more.

The lesson learned, we need to have broader understanding of other people's characters. The way they react to situations depend on how they think...
