When I was younger, we were lucky to have found trustworthy and reliable house helps. Most of them are usually relatives whom we can easily trust. Now, it is my turn to find one.

Since I am a housewife, I never needed one. I do all the chores from cooking, cleaning, washing and ironing our clothes. I only asked for helped when I need to wash big blankets, that is why we bring it to my in-laws (and their laundry woman washes it for us)... Now with little Gwen at home, I can only focus on her.

I asked Mom to look for someone who could work for us. I just need someone who can do the house chores (according to my style and preference). I would say  that I am strict with the working hours especially in the morning when I want everyone to be moving actively. I want her to move and finish her work so that after lunch she can do whatever siesta she wants... but the one that we have now is like a nail that needs to be hammered from time to time.

As of this writing, which is about 10:15 am, she is upstairs doing nothing. When in fact, she haven't mopped the floors yet and she has not started the laundry (of baby's clothes yet). I think she is hoping again that mommy would do this chore for her. I am now thinking for sending her back home when mommy does but on the other hand, she already asked for her month's salary in advance and I won't have someone to help me.

I am now on a dilemma. If I keep her, I know that she will cause me more headache in the future... if not, I may end up not doing anything at home...
