home safety

When you're a mother, the first thing that you always think of is the safety of your child. Whenever I sit and look at our house, I try to figure out how to make it child-proof.  In a few more months, Gwen would already start crawling and climbing and then walking. As early as now, I keep reminding G to take care of his tools. He should return the tools and every safety equipment that he uses on its proper place. In addition, I also tell him to start making a small gates for our stairs (up and down). I have this fear that baby might climb up or down without us noticing her. Aside from this, we are also thinking of putting the rubber mats. This is where she will crawl since our floor only has linoleum. The rubber mats should be cleaned frequently so that dust will not accumulate on it.There are a number of things that we should still do for child-proofing. I'll do the research and G will do the action/installation.
