I now have a prominent muscle on my biceps. This is the result of carrying Miguel and the girls. It is a difficult job because they are getting heavier each day. Looking at the situation, there are times when I love doing it. It is one way of bonding with them, especially with the girls. It is not that often that I get to sit and hug them and carrying them is like hugging them as well.
Taking care of the kids is really the most effective way to lose weight. I always tell people who ask me what keeps me slim. But still I am thinking of other ways to exercise. I like the Saturday morning aerobics at the clubhouse. This is nearer and more appropriate for my schedule. They may also incorporate a little yoga (which reminds me that I should go here for personalized yoga mats). This is great for relaxing the tired muscles of mothers. Taking care of 3 kids is a challenge but it has its advantages too. I get to see their development. I get to guide them in ways I wanted and it helps me stay healthy and have toned body.
